Providing the IAAF Training Academy
Who We Are
The IAAF Training Academy is headed up by ASC WebCoach, providing the IAAF with a comprehensive, role specific suite of courses designed for Parts Advisors, Garages, Field Sales and other roles within the Aftermarket and Automotive industry.
ASC WebCoach have been designing, developing and deploying Virtual Training solutions since 2010 and classroom based or in-business training and coaching since 2004.
We have designed and deployed programmes for local, national and international businesses including PWC, Honda Motorcycles, VW TPS, Audi, Suzuki, Triumph, Toyota and CaseIH, and are now bringing our expertise to the Aftermarket Industry.

We are passionate about learning and our approach is scientific in the way we design and develop core materials to ensure the learning solution is both effective and measurable.
Working with ever-changing technology and incorporating up-to-date training materials to provide our learners with accessible, engaging and understandable training materials designed to support learning in the workplace.

Our unique blended approach to virtual learning comprises 4 key elements:

Web-based instructor-led coaching and training, direct into the workplace, utilising a dedicated learning platform, constructed to deliver engaging and informative sessions whilst checking knowledge transfer and developing skills and behaviours.
2/ LEARNING HUB 💻
Web-based collaborative hub designed to provide a learning pathway with assignments, knowledge tests, support materials, peer-to-peer communication and progression monitoring.
3/ WORK-BASED ASSIGNMENTS/TASKS 📝
Designed to support our learners in their course progression and the transference of knowledge, skills and behaviours to the workplace
4/ VIRTUAL 1-2-1 SUPPORT 🤝
Individual and small group virtual coaching to support personal development, group achievement and programme progression linked to measurable outcomes.
