The IAAF Training Academy features a comprehensive, role specific suite of courses designed to develop individuals' performance, specifically for IAAF Members.

The Academy offering includes courses for Parts Advisors, Garages, Field Sales and other roles within the Aftermarket and Automotive industry.

The aim is to provide IAAF members with updated and refined customer handling skills, leading to increased customer experience, increased sales performance and increased staff retention.
