About the course

This is a 90-minute virtual training module designed to provide an introduction to the concepts of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace. We will take a brief look at the legal framework of the Equality Act 2010 and how it is currently represented in the workplace.  This course focuses on fostering a more inclusive workplace, examining case studies of improper behaviour and developing strategies to promote respectful attitudes and behaviours.
